What was the scope of their involvement?

Soft Amass India has designed and implemented a highly scalable logistics and fleet management platform for us. Their scope includes system architecture, database architecture, custom development, integration, data security, data migration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.The platform includes real-time fleet tracking, trip and route management, automated dispatch planning, shipment and order management, driver performance monitoring, fuel and maintenance tracking, invoicing and reporting dashboards, and system integrations like CAINIAO, DHL, and eBay. It delivers full operational visibility, automation, and data accuracy across our logistics operations.

We've achieved faster dispatch cycles, real-time visibility across fleet operations, reduced manual intervention, and improved overall reliability and scalability of our logistics operations.Specifically, we've achieved 100% data and operational accuracy, eliminated recurring system errors entirely, reduced manual processing by over 60%, improved dispatch turnaround time by approximately 40%, and enabled real-time tracking that provides instant visibility across 100% of active fleet operations, significantly increasing overall efficiency and control.At the start of the project, we set clear KPIs, including eliminating system errors, improving dispatch turnaround time, increasing operational visibility, and reducing manual intervention. Soft Amass India has not only met but exceeded these targets.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the project has been executed very effectively. If anything, slightly more frequent interim progress demos during the early development phases could have provided even earlier visibility into certain enhancements. However, this hasn't impacted timelines or outcomes, and the final delivery has fully met our expectations.
