The vendor responded on October 26, 2022.
The collaboration with the client lasted for 1.5 months - june and half of july 2021. Despite our comments that it was better to fine-tune the shop first and start advertising later, the client was impatient and demanded that the adverts be launched immediately once the cooperation started.
During this period, our client's shop had general conversion problems - no traffic source was delivering satisfactory results. This was evidenced by the results of an audit by our specialists, as well as confirmation from the client regarding the UX/UI.
During the collaboration, the server was overloaded, the MySQL infrastructure was causing product searches to throttle, and the site was taking 7-10 seconds to load.
The client itself stated that the problem with lack of results was due to the products or lack of trust and brand recognition. "Especially as I am aware that low conversion is a general problem and not just FB Ads.".
The client decided to close the online shop, confirming the thesis that it was not our cooperation that was ineffective, but the client's entire business.

Later on, they started to set advertising account (google ads & facebook ads) according to their point of view, optimizing ongoing campaigns, etc., and consult with is in general.

How did you select Space Ads?
SPACE ADS seemed flexible and really listened to me when I first started talking to them. I knew right away that they weren’t like previous agencies I had worked with. I felt like the process was about me and MY needs, not just trying to sell me a package.

There were 2 main parts to this. First, I needed the tech stuff handled like installing and configuring Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and remarketing tags and pixels. SPACE ADS handled that flawlessly. They have a great handle of technology and can explain things in very understandable terms.
Beyond that, there was the general consulting. I felt like they really had my best interest in heart and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. In fact, with their strategies and advice I actually avoided paying much more than I would have!
What was the team composition?
From SPACE ADS I mainly worked with Rafał, Monika, Konrad, Paulina and Justyna. I noticed they had great teamwork and their skillsets really meshed well.

Our return on ad-spent was phenomenal. In the end, this was the only metric that mattered to me. And the results were there! Would definitely do it all over again.

PPC on supplements is extremely challenging. You've got the normal problems you face with PPC, but those are compounded by the myriad rules on both the adverts and landing pages for health related products. We don't have a huge in-house staff so we needed specialists to help with this.

How did you select SPACE ADS and what were the deciding factors?
I follow various closed Facebook groups on SEO and Rafał got recommended in a thread there by a guy who himself had a good rep. I got in touch with him, the thing that really stood out was the interest he showed in us, the questions he asked.
He really understood what we were about before even suggesting a plan. There's no comparison between that and the boilerplate 'Powerpoint with the name at the top tweaked' style pitches you get from other agencies.

Space set up on-going Facebook and Google ad campaigns for multiple landing pages and target audiences in different geographies. Built-up data on what was working and what wasn't, dropped what wasn't, and developed positive ROI before ramping up.

We have worked with three of the team, they have all been excellent. Rafał himself, Aleksandra who has produced a lot of quality creative and specializes in Facebook, and Aleksander who works in Google PPC.

We are making real progress. We are honing down into the working campaigns, I've personally learned a lot about this process from the Space team.

We use a Slack channel for comms, and inevitably email too. Project management is professional and organised but yet informal enough so you get to know the personalities involved. I really enjoy working with Space.

We are not a massive account, and we are definitely not the easiest. Yet I still feel valued by the Space team. What makes Space Ads different is that they still give a fantastic level of service to their smaller clients.

We had weekly calls during which we discussed progress, and the Space Ads team presented us with the results of their work and recommendations. During our cooperation, we asked the Team for an additional service - an audit of our PPC campaigns. Space Ads showed great professionalism, they gave us many valuable tips & corrected our setups.
