Spire concepted and developed the name and identity for the development to be impactful, memorable and make an emotional connection with our identified audiences. This new brand included the name of the project, original logo mark, and brand style guide for use of the mark.
In addition to the development of the visual brand identity, Spire also conducted an executive workshop and built a full messaging and positioning document to allow our entire organization to communicate the essence of the brand and key attributes consistently to all of our audiences. Once the brand and messaging were ready to deploy, a series of presentations, pitchbooks, digital assets, and mood boards were created to target investors and municipalities to bring the vision to life.

The overarching goals of creating a completely new brand identity and driving brand awareness, and interest in the Bluff City, LLP development were accomplished by a combination of several different concurrent projects with compelling audience-targeted messaging and creative, inclusive of the following components:
