I am the Founder of Hydesq

Hydesq is a desk booking software and phone application. It is to help businesses to manage their office space, whilst considering the cost of their office. It allows for hybrid working models, whilst businesses can downsize or repurpose their office space.

• To help build an online software dashboard to build and track the office space.
• To build an application for the office employees to book and utilise the gamification aspect of the application
• To build out the gamification, a rewards program for interacting with the app. Users can claim rewards on the rewards program.

Squash apps scope of work included the design and development of the online dashboard and software- including reporting of the office usage. Building and designing the application for the office and employees to utilise the app. Building and designing the gamification aspect of the application for users to build up points to claim rewards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On usability and delivering the software and application and online software. The project was completed and delivered, with ongoing and continued management.

Yes, they met each stage that was part of the original proposal. The project management was first class. Even if there were aspects that we felt were not delivered up to standard, the team made sure they would deliver in a timely matter. Ongoing management and upkeep of the software has been managed by the team to keep it up to date

The owner of the business Srijith and the project managers of the project would always be contactable, they would never shy away from understanding about what is needed. They were very hardworking and always accommodating.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Squash Apps Private Limited could have done differently?

No, i am completely satisfied with the way the objectives were completed. I also think they went above and beyond even with advising or trying to help with aspects outside the scope of work.
