Startupr was responsible for designing and executing a performance based outbound acquisition program to generate qualified sales conversations for our agency.

Their scope of work included ideal customer profile tiering, account and contact targeting, and development of persona specific messaging aligned to our portfolio and minimum project sizes. They executed multi channel outreach across email and LinkedIn using structured follow up cadences and continuously optimized messaging and targeting based on conversion data.

Key deliverables included a steady flow of qualified sales meetings, clear qualification standards for meetings and opportunities, transparent reporting on meetings, proposals, and pipeline value, and ongoing weekly iteration informed by performance metrics and feedback from our sales calls.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the course of the engagement, Startupr delivered clear, measurable outcomes that demonstrated both pipeline growth and revenue impact.

They booked 53 qualified meetings, which converted into 18 qualified opportunities and 15 formal proposals. From those opportunities, we closed 6 new deals, generating $198,000 in closed won revenue and creating $540,000 in qualified pipeline.

In addition, the program added $12,000 in new monthly retainer revenue and exceeded KPI targets at 106 percent, with a blended cost per qualified meeting of approximately $575.

Their project management was strong and consistent throughout the engagement. Deliverables and outreach cadences were executed on time, and weekly milestones were clearly communicated.

They were highly responsive to our needs, using Slack for day to day communication and weekly video calls to review performance, meeting quality, and next tests. They adapted quickly based on feedback from our sales calls and adjusted targeting, messaging, and qualification criteria to improve results as the program progressed.

What impressed us most was their targeting discipline and speed of iteration. Startupr did not treat outbound like generic lead generation. They took time to understand what made our creative work credible, then translated that into persona specific outreach that felt relevant to each buyer segment.

They also maintained strong qualification standards, which protected our time and materially improved conversion from meetings into real opportunities and closed deals. Are there any areas for improvement or something Startupr could have done differently?

Earlier, deeper experimentation by vertical would have improved ramp up speed. Separating restaurant and franchise brands from education and institutional buyers sooner, and testing creative offer packaging earlier, could have accelerated proposal conversion in the first month.

From July–October 2025, after refining our ICP and launching multi-touch outbound across email and LinkedIn, Startupr delivered 36 qualified meetings (5, 6, 10, 15 by month) for a total of $18,000 - a blended $500 per meeting - driving ~650% ROI while keeping our team lean. From May 2025 to October 2025, Startupr delivered 64 qualified meetings, initiated 28 product evaluations, and generated 1.1 million US dollars in qualified pipeline. Total cost was 41,600 US dollars, which worked out to 650 US dollars per qualified meeting. KPI achievement was 100 percent. Meeting examples included regional groups with 3,000 to 9,000 units, student housing operators, multi state portfolio firms, short term rental operators, and established single family rental operators.

They iterated weekly and provided transparent reporting.

In the first five months Startupr delivered 73 qualified advertiser meetings, 42 activated test campaigns, and 860,000 US dollars in qualified pipeline. We achieved 100 percent of KPIs. Revenue is NDA. This established a scalable and data driven engine for direct advertiser revenue.
