What was the scope of their involvement?

Stellar Soft has been supporting us with the development of Shopify websites. The team has been responsible for improving the codebase, optimizing the e-commerce stores, and providing UX design and improvements. The optimization work has focused on product pages, site speed, and general UX.

We’ve been working with 2–5 members of Stellar Soft’s team.

We started working together in October 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

Although it's still early in the project, we've received great feedback from our clients. We're looking to drive the conversion rate, improve Lighthouse scores, and increase site traffic.

They delivered on all requirements. We run load testing to make sure the app can stand heavy traffic. Results were great; the platform performed well, with minor issues that were fixed afterward.

Stellar Soft were very communicative and professional throughout the entire project. We had weekly calls through Google Meetings, in addition to ongoing messages on Slack and project management through Asana. 

They were on time and always did their best to accomodate our needs. They also helped us rethink our requests to ensure we were going to provide the best solution for our customers.

Stellar Soft maybe could have been stricter with us on timelines, as they were accomodating and let us slip our own timelines sometimes.
