Since beginning work with SuperCo we have seen are conversion rate increased by over 25%. The site has been more appealing and easier to use for our customers.

We have weekly calls with our SuperCo account manager, Sam. During these we run through our task board (powered by ClickUp), discuss any issues we've had, upcoming deployments and future projects we'd like doing. Sam's always available via WhatsApp and urgent issues have always been resolved quickly.

The team has a great e-commerce understanding, offering not just development work but consultation and best practice advice too. Although we have an in-house graphic designer they have provided design help when we were at capacity internally, as well as advising us when we were choosing a new reviews platform. Overall, SuperCo has been great to work with and to discuss our website issues with in an easy to understand way (which isn't always easy with a development team!)

We had an initial video call to outline the project, before the team advised us on the best way to establish a Shopify store; purchasing an appropriate theme etc. More advice followed, and communication remained excellent and regular as we fleshed out the store with products.
Finally, details that we don't have the knowledge to include ourselves, such as linking the store to social media and key design layout aspects were taken care of. It was very useful to have one member of the team onboard in particular, who used to work for Shopify herself and therefore had solutions to all of our problems.

The website speaks for itself, it is easily ten times better than the previous instantiation - it was also completed on time, and for an extremely reasonable price point. I would not hesitate to recommend Superco to any company trying to enhance their website.

Communication was highly effective. We were dealing directly with one of the company directors. They always resolved any issues or questions promptly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The attention to detail, service, and willingness to go beyond the bounds of the scope of work in order to deliver the right outcome was unlike anything we have experienced with previous providers. An example of this would be advising us heavily on design choices, which were not part of the brief.
