We had an introductory meeting in the very start. In which we discussed our top most priorities and requirements. Later on the delivered the rough sketches of our website, which we approved after a little changes.

A project manager was assigned to our website task. He used to update us about all the work done and to be done on our project.

After launching our website, we observed 40% increase in our website and our sales almost doubled month over month. Plus, our customers loved the new design friendly features.

We had daily meetings with the project head who communicated with the rest of the team. We mainly used to communicate over phone and emails. Rest of the activities were tracked by TRELLO and JIRA.

They had a lot of experience in building a robust e-commerce website. Their team was outstandingly humble also they were kind enough to teach us about how to use shopify.
