The platform included an integrated environment to set up event overviews, schedules, and refund policies, enabling efficient end-to-end management. The platform also supported various ticket types and seamless payment integration to improve purchasing convenience and secure real-time attendee data.Moreover, the team developed a QR check-in system for the web and mobile app, a digital scanning solution that replaces manual guest lists, minimizing wait times and reducing the operational workload for staff. The platform also included a real-time analytics and revenue dashboard for data visualization of attendance and sales, empowering organizers to make data-driven decisions and prove event performance rather than relying on intuition.Additionally, the platform had an automated settlement system that automated complex post-event financial processes, including automated revenue distribution and report generation to eliminate administrative inefficiencies.Moreover, TOKTOKHAN.DEV developed a location-based event discovery service. The service prioritized nearby events based on the user's current location to strategically drive offline foot traffic. It also had an integrated mobile reservation and payment system that synchronized in real time between the user app and the admin dashboard, automating everything from digital QR issuance to Naver Booking integration.The service also had a personalized recommendation engine, a data-driven system that suggested events based on user demographics and interest categories to maximize conversion and marketing ROI. It also had a robust environment for managing database information and service usage status for both organizers and general users.
