To determine whether the leads are eligible for paid marketing or the campaign we're running, they give them a call and ask them specific questions. After receiving the feedback, the team completes the CRM form. We then attempt to close the deal after one of our agents joins the meeting with the prospect based on that information.

We have provided them with the required paperwork. They manage their portion of the CRM for the prospect and have access to our CRM. They have a process to adhere to. Each lead is given comments by the team before proceeding to the next phase.
