Originally, we tasked Tullip with creating a web app for our broadcast coverage.  After great results with the web app, we decided to take the next step of creating an Apple IOS app.

I'm the proprietor of Lift Shop Bangladesh, a company that specializes in supplying, installing, and servicing lifts and elevator solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

We needed to design and develop a custom warehouse management software to streamline inventory control, improve order processing, and increase overall operational efficiency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TulipTech Ltd. developed a custom warehouse management system for our lift and elevator operations. The team handled requirement analysis, software development, inventory and spare parts tracking, reporting, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Key modules included inventory and spare parts management, stock in/out tracking, order and dispatch management, reporting and analytics, user role management, and system administration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TulipTech Ltd.'s system improved inventory accuracy, reduced manual work, sped up order processing, and gave us real-time visibility into warehouse operations. After implementation, inventory errors dropped by 12%, manual data entry time decreased by 15%, and order processing became 10% faster thanks to real-time tracking and automation. Overall, orders were more correct, things moved faster, and work got easier. Everything improved by 10%–15%.

We achieved streamlined internal operations, reduced reliance on manual processes, and improved system reliability and productivity. After the Office 365 deployment, staff onboarding was approximately 30% faster, document collaboration improved by about 20%, and email downtime was significantly reduced due to Microsoft’s cloud-based reliability.
