They conducted a usability audit of the site, and compiled a list of growth points, with recommendations for their improvement and examples of best practices. All hypotheses were prioritized according to the degree of criticality. 

As a result, we got a ready plan for improving the interface. Turum-burum helps businesses by conducting research to understand their needs, audience, and competition. They also create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the layout and functionality of the website and design the interface with color schemes, typography, graphics, and overall aesthetics.

The UX/UI team carried out a detailed analysis of the users' journey when choosing and buying draft beer and snacks for the different types of delivery, compiled a CJM with the interaction points on the website and mobile application in the context of the tasks performed, created detailed prototypes for the project interface, developed a modern and user-friendly interface design in accordance with the new brand guidelines

Our interaction took place in 2 stages:

1. UX audit: We have granted access to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Hotjar to the Turum-burum team. Turum-burum UX specialists and data analysts tracked user behavior, collected and analyzed all the necessary metrics, and prepared a report with insights and recommendations for improving our interface.
2. WEB DESIGN: After the UX audit was ready, we decided to continue working with the UX/UI team and create new UX/UI solutions to fix all the bugs. As a result of the second stage of work, all the necessary pages of the site were drawn.

We were happy with the results. We managed to get rid of all the critical mistakes.

The Turum-burum team started with close communication with our team, a briefing, and organizing strategic sessions with our managers, they visited several of our stores. Then we moved on to the stage of creating page prototypes. After the approval of the prototypes, we presented the design of the site's key pages, where we thought through all the micro-interactions and animations, implemented a system of related sales, and created automatic registration of a new user at checkout. After redesigning the site, we continued to cooperate on an ongoing basis. The guys help us optimize the interface for new tasks, experiment, and improve the efficiency of interaction with users online

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• When we compared analytics data from one month before the launch of the new site to the period after: the number of users who added the product to the cart increased by 41%; the number of users who went to checkout increased by 31%; the conversion rate increased by 41.94%. In addition to the result expressed in numbers, the agency managed to solve all three of our key tasks and helped to consolidate an omnichannel approach in business, in which the client receives the same high-quality service both in the chain stores and online

The agency’s specialists have dived deep into the niche. The work on the project was divided into sprints with clear deadlines. We always understood when a certain pool of tasks would be ready. All work was completed on time

We really liked the approach of these guys, when they evaluated any changes in the interface not just like/dislike the client, but confirm the effectiveness of their UX/UI solutions with specific numbers from analytics

The team aimed to develop a design for the brand-new website project. They developed a brand book, did benchmarking, suggested the tone of voice and built a strong website structure that led to a great customer flow. As a result, all developments were implemented, and the project was successfully launched.

The design was built from scratch. The team did a market overview to identify relevant e-commerce trends to our niche. All visual decisions were personalized. The team did an enormous accent on customer flow on the website. All visual solutions were presented on time, according to the deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the speed of team integration in our niche. During the first couple of meetings, we identified the portraits of our customers, and the team designed solutions for the critical pain points. Also, a lot of effort was put into details: all colours, functions, and calls to action were discussed from all possible sides. Also, the team was diverse, and they implemented their e-commerce design expertise into our project. We are highly satisfied

We were introduced to Turum-burum by a mutual contact.

We shared brief for the landing page, detailing the content requirements. We were presented with initial designs via Figma that were followed by two sets of amendments.

We primarily worked with Denis (Head of UX/UI department) with support from Diana (Digital Marketing Strategist).

We are in the process of developing the landing page design.
