We hired Webdevium for web development and to increase our reach and showcase our company. Our website was previously pretty outdated and not SEO friendly.

We chose Webdevium because of the raves we received from previous customers and their track history in terms of ROI with web development.

We had an initial call with Tye where we discussed our goals and what we wanted to see with the website in terms of overall look and feel, SEO, and what we expected in terms of traffic.

Tye asked questions to get specifics and narrow down our likes and dislikes. From there, we had a few times where we touched base as needed as the project went along. We expressed that we wanted a Wordpress site specifically and they were able to handle it without any problems.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After our website launch, we had a significant increase in not only traffic to our site, but actual every day customers who specifically stated they found us online. We noticed a considerable increase in sales after launching.

We touched base as needed throughout the project. We never had any issues with communication. Whenever needed they would communicate via phone, email, or skype. We did not have a very specific timeline preference, but were very happy with the turnaround times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really felt like they knew exactly what they were doing and were highly educated in their field. They were able to take our raw ideas and turn them into a tangible product. They have excellent communication skills and follow through.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't have changed anything about the project.

I’m one of the owners of Adonius Corp., an organization that manages logistics for hospitals all over the country.

We hired Webdevium to build a software platform that manages multiple projects and inspects equipment in warehouses across the country.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webdevium developed a software platform using Bootstrap and MongoDB. Their team interviewed ours and walked through our business processes. They used that information for the platform. There are also multiple modules on the site because we manage various vendors and warehouses.

What is the team composition?

Tye (Project Manager, Webdevium) is our main point of contact. As work increased, we employed more designers and developers to help with the workload.

A few years ago, Tye was recommended to me by a friend.

We’ve spent under $200,000.

We started working with Webdevium in October 2017, and the work is ongoing.

Our workflow has increased significantly. We’ve driven a bunch of our efficiencies. Communication during the project has been another benefit.

How did Webdevium perform from a project management standpoint?

Webdevium exceeded my expectations. They’re different than other companies I’ve worked with. When Tye says something will be finished at a specific time, he delivers. We use phone calls, email, and WebEx for communication.

I appreciate their ability to stick to timelines. Webdevium understands what needs to be accomplished.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing really. Webdevium has done a fantastic job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Webdevium creates a comfort level that surpasses anyone else I’ve worked with. Clients should expect a team that’s easy to engage with.

I’m the digital and social media director for Covenant Health, a Catholic regional healthcare system and a leader in value-based, nonprofit health and elder care. Covenant's family of facilities consists of hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living residences, and community-based care organizations throughout New England. I’m responsible for the Covenant Health’s digital footprint including, web, social, email, and digital analytics.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webdevium?

We needed to build a microsite in WordPress, which would serve for our first ever marketing campaigns focused on our entire system rather than just the individual hospitals.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking for a turnaround time of less than a week and required a team skilled in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and JavaScript.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I used Upwork for the first time and I lucked out with them. We received over 20 proposals, but Webdevium had the best one, as well as impressive reference websites to make us feel confident they could do the job.

I provided Webdevium with a mockup of the website along with some supporting materials. I then supplied them with a Photoshop file and raw picture assets. They were able to create the page in just a couple of days.

We only had a few small changes after the development was complete, and Webdevium got them done. Overall, they delivered the project in six days, which I was super impressed with.

What was the team composition?

I worked solely with their lead project manager, who was responsive and great to work with.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’ve been running campaigns to this landing site for almost a year now. It has been a key differentiator for us in our market.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We primarily communicated via Upwork or email. We actually never had a phone call, which saved me a lot of time. Everything was documented in Upwork, and they made updates quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their quick turnaround and willingness to fix anything, even after the contract ended were remarkable. Webdevium made a couple of quick edits for us for free.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were a couple of times that I had to tell them twice to fix something, but it rarely happened. It also could’ve been that I wasn’t clear enough.
