The primary goal was to create a dual-platform solution (Web and Mobile) that allows users to easily schedule donation pickups and junk removal services. They developed a customized booking system, integrated real-time notifications, and built a secure backend to manage logistics and user data efficiently.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Weblynx could have done differently?

Overall, our experience was excellent and there were no major issues. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be providing even more detailed documentation for the backend system at the very start of the handover. However, they were very quick to explain everything during our training sessions, so it didn't slow us down at all. Their work is already at a very high standard.
