We use Trello and whenever something on Trello starts going back and forth a little too much, Dustin sends in his availability and asks to get on a call to wrap things up faster. When they don't hear from us they're always checking in on us to get things moving. When it comes to us proposing extra things, they’re always warning us. There are no hidden things, there are no surprises. We know what's going on.
