5.0 Aug 4, 2022Each project was different in nature, but induSoftware was successful throughout all of them. We measured success by the deviation between the plan and the quality of the execution. The difference between the plan and execution never exceeded 10%. We also tracked critical bugs after go-live but didn’t identify any throughout the projects. The results for the ERP project were excellent; the client was so satisfied with the product that they recommended our services to another client, who hired us for the global system implementation in Argentina. Their customer satisfaction scores were always excellent. They provided certain services to our clients that weren’t listed in the contract, and they were always willing to go above and beyond. We set specific lead time targets for their support services, and they always resolved issues within 24 hours. We never had any complaints or escalations from clients, which reflected well on us and solidified our relationship with them.
