This calendar included a variety of content such as daily health tips tailored to common patient concerns, weekly patient success stories, and bi-weekly “Doctor’s Corner” posts where our physicians shared insights on trending health topics. They also introduced monthly infographics that covered essential health advice in a visually engaging way.

It’s also worth mentioning that the live Q&A sessions Ninja organized twice a month were really helpful. These sessions allowed patients to interact directly with our doctors, fostering a personal and supportive environment. Their team handled all the organizational stuff like selecting relevant topics, promoting the sessions and managing the live chats during them.  

Apart from the regular content they also ran several themed social media campaigns. For instance, during Heart Health Month, we saw a rise in engagement thanks to a series of posts focused on heart-healthy living.
