Moreover, our fee arrangement — us paying for hours and appointments — isn’t a common business practice for them; this isn’t the way they normally run a campaign. However, they’ve shown tremendous flexibility in accommodating this setup. They’re willing to create something that helps us grow our business. They could’ve easily said no to us since this isn’t the way they do things. Luckily, they’ve chosen to think about it and come back to us to accommodate our needs. They were very accommodating and used a lead generation form we gave to them so that they can put the information so it could go into Marketo. Since we had our own internal tools, they were willing to work with the tools that we provided so that we could adequately track the leads in our system. They helped to craft the approach and were very flexible in accommodating our needs.

We had to discontinue our contract with them, and because I did not cancel the forwarding, they continued answering our calls for almost 2 months, until they were sure we were taken care of. That is a level of service and of care for a client that is way above anything I would have expected. For that reason alone, they deserve my unconditional recommendation for anyone looking for a virtual receptionist.

I don’t want to push money on marketing without having good retention and virality. We plan to launch the app this month and I’ll be able to provide some numbers then. We need some transactions between influencers and local brands to see their behaviors and whether we can give a return on investment. After that, we plan to use the model in Madrid because we have a big community there. We have a scalable model for brands, users, and so on. I’ve spoken with a lot of users and brands to see exactly what they want. From 100 people, 90% told me the app’s flow was very good. IntelligentBee has delivered very good quality, but we need to stay close to the users in order to improve on the UX.
