The team worked to create my website from the backend, uploading all the plugins and bits and pieces that they knew were important and necessary for a well run site. They kept me up to date every step of the way, letting me know what they had uploaded and what they were doing next. Anything that they needed my help with they provided me with very clear instructions and instruction videos.

Not sure - Sven was the individual emailing me, but I know he had his co-workers working on the site and creating the videos to hand back to me.

Teaming up with TFWG took a massive load off my shoulders. Not only do I now have a site that is looking more professional than I ever thought I could have, but all the back-end work is done, complete, and has been loaded in by people who truly know what is important. This is the stuff that would have taken me hours and hours to research, and still I wouldn't have known what was most needed or not. Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Great experience from start to finish with The Free Website Guys! The process of building a new ecommerce website would have been overwhelming and daunting for me to do to say the least, so having Sven and his team build this site for me was welcomed and I'm glad I took a chance on them. 

I'm now able to focus on the content of my site and not the building of it! completely professional throughout and I would highly recommend these guys for building your site. Site not finished yet from my point of view as I still need to enter my content so no metric values to illustrate yet.

They were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process and kept us informed every step of the way. Very accomodating and between us we were able to iron our details and project content.

The website is still undergoing final set up before going live, but we have already saved over a month of development time (and thousands) by working with TFWG.

We especially liked that they went out of their way to make the whole process easy for us. Sometimes we have some rough patches that we needed to work over, but the guys were ever professional and friendly. The skill and expertise they showed was simply wonderful.

After being selected, I was in constant contact with Sven who explained the process step by step. I chose my theme after they did a bunch of backend work and allowed me to send a video of me explaining what I wished to change.

Since having my website back up and running I have been able to restart my business and approach clients with a professional looking site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really efficient and if I had not been so slack in replying myself it would have a much more streamlined process. Sven responded to all my emails within a day or so, and I really appreciate them being so patient with me and catering to all my requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

i really appreciated that I could have such a beautiful site created without even meeting the team. They really saw my vision without me having to explain too much and were so efficient and understanding and attentive to every detail and request I had.

Perhaps being more up front about the cost of the extra things like domain etc. When I really have no idea about how a website being built encompasses these things it can come as a bit of a surprise. but it was no big deal.

Their input was extremely valuable as it saved me from months of research. In a fast and clear communication manner I managed to learn the ins and outs of owning a website. Went from 0 (knowing nothing about website dev) to 100 (owning a strong website with all the tools needed to succeed in my endeavor ) really fast and I really appreciate their work.
